Israeli Forces Intensify Demolitions in West Bank, Forcibly Displacing Families
The Palestinian human rights group Al-Haq has reported that Israeli forces demolished 10 homes in the village of Masafer Yatta, forcibly displacing around eight families.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Al-Haq stated that soldiers also destroyed two agricultural buildings and uprooted trees in the area, which is located south of Hebron.
The group further highlighted that attacks by the Israeli military and settlers have intensified in the West Bank since the Gaza ceasefire.
Earlier reports confirmed that five houses were demolished in Khallet Athaba, another village south of Hebron, displacing about 40 people, including women and children.
