Thuraineelavanai: The relief material collection drive, organized to assist those affected by the recent disaster in our village, successfully concluded today in front of the Thuraineelavanai Public Library, receiving overwhelming support from the public.

Under the guidance of Mr. M. Vinoraj, Chairman of the Manmunai South Eruvil Pattu Pradeshiya Sabha, several local organizations joined forces to carry out this noble cause. The collaborative effort included the Naam Tamilar Social Service Union, United Social Service Union, Kannaki Arts Club, and the Youth Club.

Responding to the call from these youth organizations, the general public, local merchants, and social activists came forward voluntarily over the past two days to donate dry rations and essential items. It was a heart-warming sight to see the entire village unite, setting aside all differences, to support their neighbors in this time of distress.

Social activists have expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the Chairman, members of all the participating clubs for their tireless groundwork, and the generous public for their contributions. This display of unity and social responsibility by the youth of Thuraineelavanai stands as an exemplary model for other villages to follow.
