India Rejects Trump's Offer to Mediate in Border Dispute with China!
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has expressed his willingness to mediate the ongoing India-China border tensions. Speaking at a joint press conference with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Trump said, “The skirmishes on the border are quite intense, and I’d love to help because this should be stopped.”
He also emphasized China’s global significance, stating, “I think we are going to have a very good relationship with China. I got along with President Xi very well until COVID… China is a very important player in the world.”
However, India has indirectly rejected Trump's offer, reaffirming its stand that border issues will be resolved through bilateral talks without any external intervention.
